Titan’s conversion rate skyrocketed after launch thanks to its streamlined mobile usability and highly targeted use of brand messaging and imagery. With a robust product selector tool and an easy-to-use dealer locator, the site presents easy paths to conversion at all points.
Content Designed to Draw a Crowd
All content across Titan’s new site was designed to maximize SEO performance and to position the brand as the unquestioned leader over the competition. Magento development allowed for distinct content and product offerings to be managed in one central location and then leveraged across other brands and segments, including Latin America, Sherwin-Williams, and the Titan Connector miscrosite.
Catering to the Titan Loyal
User engagement and interaction also increased following launch, as the new site provided them with an intuitive site layout and easily navigable resources to decrease bounce rates. Integration of the Citadel for internal Titan reps and of the Titan Garage for existing customers compiled popular resources in centralized locations, with the latter providing customers with access to simple documentation and duty cycle information via the API.
